Where else would you rather be? I have been here for almost sixteen years, there is everything here that a resident needs bowling green, swimming pool with other facilities, gym theatre, dinning room, café, library, computer room, craft/art room, men’s shed, A 12 seater bus and more. I can be involved as much or as little as I want in village activities and events. As the village is a gated community it gives me a great sense of security. We have an excellent residence committee and very well organised social committee. I personally could not ask for more and I am extremely happy to call this village home.

Situated in probably the most sought-after area in the state, we are very impressed with the choice of houses in the village. We have realised that we not only acquired a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garage with a large yard but a heated pool, spa, sauna, with well equipped gymnasium, a theatre and a bus. Plus a huge recreation hall, bowling green and other facilities excellently maintained by management along with adequate village security. All of which encourages an active lifestyle and plenty of entertainment. Pets are allowed too. Over and above all this, the best part is the never ending opportunities to meet and engage in a variety of social activities with people of similar persuasions. These are happy, contented retirees. Why? Because we love this village.

I’ve been a resident for 13 years. What do I love about living at Nova Village Busselton? Gates close every night for security. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. The door to door village phone provides a feeling of safety at all times. Delicious meals served from restaurant on most days. Wonderful social life is second to none. Beautifully kept gardens. I have made many wonderful and lifelong friends.

Having had only one home for the whole of our 44 years of marriage, making the decision to move was a massive undertaking for us. After having been shown through Nova Village it was a decision we were very excited about. The Nova Village Management team were fantastic and did all they could to help our move go smoothly.
