Despite the challenges Covid-19 has caused in 2020, looking back over the year there is much to be grateful for.<\/p>\n
Our resident community this year has continued to flourish, most encouragingly through periods of social distancing where the need for friends and supportive relationships was most apparent. The Nova community excelled in adapting to Government guidelines whilst still remaining the same inclusive and vibrant community that it has always been. It was pleasing to see Nova Village events like Melbourne Cup Day, Lachy Reid\u2019s Sport and Music Quiz, Daffodil Morning Tea, Nova Christmas Markets, Nova Christmas Dinner (to only name a few) supported so strongly by residents as restrictions eased and the social calendar at Nova Village returned its busy self.<\/p>\n
Our onsite staff led by village manager Rachael Crosby have again this year worked diligently in maintaining and ensuring a wonderful environment for all residents to live. To our maintenance team, landscape team, onsite chef and restaurant staff, and our many wonderful volunteers I give my sincere thanks. Also to our residents committee led by Don Tomkinson, thank you for your work and time given for the betterment of Nova Village Busselton.<\/p>\n
The year has ended with a bang with 4 new couples set to move into Nova Village in January 2021. With a positive outlook for property in the South West expected to continue next year our enquiry levels at Nova Village has significantly spiked. The strong real estate market is providing downsizers a wonderful opportunity to make a move to Nova now and capitalise on the sale of their existing home.
